horrible and disgusting service

This institutions has a credit control department that does not know what they are doing. I took a load with them due to circumstances i had issues paying on time but as my financial situation got better mid year 2020 August i paid them in full even got a paid up letter signed by phumla khumalo from Blue Oceans . Tts been 5 months iv been calling for them remove me from ITC the head office is unbelievably useless spoke a a very rude guy by the name of Adam then xoliswa and alicia. im unable to do anything as Letsatsi still shows up on my ITC as unpaid the paid up letter is useless as my score is not increasing. had i have known that i would experience such disgusting service from them i was never going to take a loan from them.
