Harrasment by phone, sms's etc

I do not know this company from nowhere, but they keep harrassing people by phoning, about bogus debt. I owe nothing nowhere that is outstanding Even threatening sms's were send to my phone. If this is the way to seek new clients, than they are a bad company to deal with.
