I had a loan with Letsatsi finance and it was paid up in July 15 2023, however, after numerous calls and emails (which most of them were not responded to) the loan is still listed on my credit profile. I have tried contacting the different credit beaureus however their attempts to remove the listing remains unsuccessful because LETSATSI FINANCE maintains that the loan is still unpaid even though i have a paid up letter. CAN YOU PLEASE REMOVE YOUR LISTING FROM MY PROFILE.
