I Have taken a loan with Letsatsi Finance in 2018 January ,my loan installment was 1914 ZAR Which the loan was supposed to be paid for five months ,Due to financial obstacles,I only managed to pay For two installment. The Loan balance was 5742,now they say i must pay R12900. The balance is three times the amount i am owing,

Please i need someone to assist me i have tried to call them,I spoke To john,Phumla,Tshepo All of them they were very rude their head office also they couldn't assist me they say there is nothing that they can do
