Double deductions without authorisation

I am very appalled with their service. I took a loan with them and arranged to pay R 300 a month and now they take double under different reference number. I tried to call them, they take me to one consultant after the other until I give up. I had been a year since they did this. They also refuse to send me a statement to outline their deductions.
