Debt review flag removal query not attended to until today

I have app**** for debt repair since the beginning of the year but I'm the one who had to follow up on the previous company that listed me to get a transfer of my file. I paid a cancellation fee on the 27.06.2025 and the file was successfully transferred of which the file was transferred the following day around 9:03 to Letsatsi Finance but to date I have not been responded to by Sara on whatsapp after she told me I need to wait another 10 days for clearance of which she never mentioned that during the chats we had. I reminded her again after 10 days have passed but now she's just blue ticking me
