Customer not satisfied

I'm so disappointed with the service I'm recieving from letsatsi finance Durban branch corner of field and smith street.last year November 14 I went to letsatsi to submit my documents for clearing my debt review only to find out that blue oceans have not received the documents even today for almost 2months no documents have been sent to them to start the process very disappointed 😞
