BEYOND POOR SERVICE

I app**** for a 2 month loan on Friday 26 May 2023 afternoon by the Boksburg Branch....i was told the funds will be in later that afternoon .....Saturday morning nothing....went to the branch to enquire why it's taking so long ....i was told it will reflect in the afternoon hence the immediate payment was made after 4 o clock....ok so after 12 o clock came and went it's 9 o clock 27 May 2023 still no funds in my account.....This is BEYOND POOR SERVICE...I honestly don't understand why i stiĺl don't have any funds in my account....im littrely not doing any business with u people after my two month's are done....your service is poor honestly 🤞🤞🤞🤞
