Bad service

So I took a loan with Letsatsi finance last year September (which I regret day and night ). The service is very poor.

I recently got retrenched, IV sent numerous emails with my documents with no response..after over a month (today morning) I emailed them for follow up, still no response more than 5hours later.

I emailed the Headoffice and still no response.

I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I am definitely taking the ombudsman route...this is utter *******
