Bad Bad Service/Unfair practices

I had 2 accounts with this place and settled them in July 2024 however every 2 to 3 months I receive threatening emails about an Arbitrator that will sent to my workplace and this after I have sent numerous emails with the paid up letters attached. This is very very frustrating.
