Exelent Super Service

Hi. I bought a special robust IP 68 Spec Telephone. about 6 months ago. I work in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. About 6000 km from home. My phone started giving me problems and the software became unstable. With some effort I managed to get the phone back to SA. It was sorted in a few days and was send back to me.<br> <br> A month or so later the phone (Smart Active) gave me the same problem. Being South African I prepared a speech and an angle of attack because of the recurring problem. I made the call, ready for a huge argument.<br> <br> But none was required. Charles just said I needed to get the phone back to South Africa and he would replace it. I put the phone on the next ride home and had a brand new phone back in a matter of days. <br> <br> NO ATTORNEY. NO THREADS.
