Unacceptable

Accurately I want to give no star at all

Negative:

First we arrived at 16:00. Check in time according to booking at the website is 14:00. We waited until 17:00 because they did not finished cleaning the rooms yet , they had a problem with the linnens according to the manager. The reception as well as the manager is not friendly at all and do not try to assist you in any matter. We arranged (beacuase they told us you cannot book the lion walk) with reception to do a lion walk the next day at 16:00 and everything was arranged. On arrival at 15:45 for the lion walk the reception told us the guests that has booked has increased and they cannot accomidate us at 16:00 for the lion walk. We can try to get the lion walk at 06:00 the following morning. The rooms has no fridge so we cannot keep anything cold. The hot water in the shower takes 15 min to get warm.

Positive :

The waiter that assisted us at the restuarant was very friendly and food was done and ready in 20 min. Food is great and great service from the restuarant. The interaction was very nice and the ranger was very helpfull.
