Beautiful but poor services

I booked in at letaba River Lodge with my family for a Christmas outing and I have to say their rooms were stunning and comfortable but my only problem was the food for Christmas lunch and how they treat their stuff and customers. The Christmas lunch was not on standard with what we have paid and they were not well prepared, we waited for 2 hours for our breakfast when we told the manager she then fired the waiter in front of us with out a warning-there is poor management skills
