Unpaid Payout

I am writing this calmly as this experience is not new when it comes to Easypay and disbur*****t of a cover payout. My brother claimed on Thursday last week for the deceased and the money is not in. On Saturday we are having a funeral.

Tell me, what can we as a public do to ensure that your services are running smooth and pay out quick? Is the dignity of your clients means nothing to you?

A SASSA recipient is paying for his funeral but you choose to delay the payout making everyone starve until the last moment?

Do you really have empathy for your clients?

Has it ever occur to you that the person who had passed was the sole provider and everyone who is left is folding hands waiting for you to give money when you want because Easypay is God in this earth. They take money on time but they are the ones with the last say as to when the money is paid out?

Is it the staff you hire that do not give out feedback or is dishonest to client?

Are you running a sale orientated business not having the clients best interest at heart?

I am calm because I expected this from you. Even from my other late brother I had to write here for money to be paid out. I am again writing here. The funeral is on Saturday the 27 June 2026 and no funeral arrangements have been made as yet because easy pay doesn't want to pay us.

I thank you for the heartache you are giving to our parents. For the disgrace you are putting our family under. For the uncer*****y of not knowing when the money will come so that a parlor can be paid. The uncer*****y of not knowing if the the policy will pay after the said funeral date or today.

The years of being your client are compared to nothing when one is dead. I again say, thank you for the painful experience once again.

My numbers remains unchanged I am that complaints who couldn't burry her brother two years ago in May 2024 I, today am in the same position of having to complain. I stuck around because I thought you will do better. I guess I was wrong
