No joy at all

One word - Frustration. Sister-in-law had a policy. The agent who assisted her at the time of the policy didn't advise her to name a beneficiary but instead put her own name as the beneficiary. All documents were submitted, but no pay out. Death certificate, Banking details, Affidavit. Family didn't had money to do the funeral. My husband paid for everything. To claim is a nightmare. We nominated our niece to do the claim thinking it will be easier, but nothing at all. The claim submitted in June, but still no pay out. Jimmy Ngoveni the assessor advises my husband to complete the form and send all relevant documents which he did on the 5th of August 2026. He confirmed that he received all documents. Today again we were told to send the documents and completed forms through again via WhatsApp. This has been carried on for the last 3 months. Will this claim ever be settled?
