worst service ever

Probably the worst service I ever got my NEW out-of-the-box laptop has been sent to Lenovo for the third time now for repair even though it's a new laptop I still don't understand why it has problems. Secondly, they refuse to give me a new one or my money to buy a new one that I need for work instead they are taking month on month repairing piece by piece and taking their time at the end I am not going to have a warranty left and I am going to have a second-hand laptop with different parts in it. I am so fed up with this situation I need to work and I have not had time to work on this so-called new laptop it's been in and out of repair for months now. I have never had such bad service in my life.
