Worst service by Lenovo and HiFi Corp west rand lofe style

<p>I am being given the worst service by HiFi Corp manager and Lenovo. I bought a Lenovo laptop on September 2016 at HiFi Corp West gate. The laptop screen started detaching from the keypad base. I took it to HiFi Corp West Rand life style crossing where I have been having the worst service from a store manager name Keran Maharaj. The laptop has been back at the shop for over two now, to my surprise I received a call from the repair for Lenovo yestetday advising me that their warranty does not cover external parts on the laptop. I bought the laptop with expectations for it to at least last me longer than 8 months. Pls assist as I have never mishandled the unit or dropped it.</p>
