worst laptop ever

I can't believe I bought a lenovo laptop from vodacom,firstly ,I have it for 3months ,connected the charge and the device just switched off,now I have to get it too part serve that is so far from me..and they charge me a collection fee,doesn't lenovo cover that?vodacom don't want to tale he laptop..I regret buying this device
