WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND LENOVO TO ANYONE!!!

I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad 130-15 in November 2018 on Loot without prior being able to view it or test it. As it was on a limited time only special I bought it. This PC was bought as a home PC and therefore it was hardly ever used as I would bring my work PC home with me when I needed to work after hours. Therefore the Lenovo never stored any files or data as I would always save it on the cloud for easy access from anywhere. Hence the only thing the memory was used for was for basic software such as Microsoft office and the anti-virus software. It has 4GB of RAM but even though there was nothing stored on it, it was really SLOW!!! It takes about 5 minutes to boot up and while working on it, it is really unresponsive and only responds several seconds later. I never made an issue of it as I hardly worked on it and I assumed that because it only has 4GB it was to be expected.

THAT is until this year in May when the PC keyboard starting acting up. Different keys would type diffferent symbols and not the right ones. As it was stll under warranty, I contacted Loot to collect it to have it repaired. It took 1.5 weeks before anyone came to pick up the PC. I then contacted Loot and they informed about my nearest PC sevice agent and I took it there myself. Loot arrived a week later to collect the PC even after I let them know it was no longer needed.

Something worth mentioning is that I have since become self-employed and need my Lenovo with me all the time as I build websites and need access to it so that I can earn a living. Anyway, as my work is mostly done online on Fibre in the cloud, I need a PC that works so when the PC came back the keyboard was restored as it was said by the technician (PARTSERVE) that the PC needed updates of which I need to pay for as it is a software issue. I paid for it even though I update the PC whenever it asks for it. I could not question this at the time as I needed my PC back so that I could meet my clients' deadlines. BUT 3 days later the PC refused to start after pressing the power up button. I went back to PARTSERVE only to be told the PC needs to have the battery drained, of which they did this for me. A day later, I have took the PC back to PARTSERVE as it was still very slow even after the updates that they promised me on the first visit would remedy this. The PC is now 7 months old and it is still not working even after the technican at PARTSERVE tells me it is not slow at all. I have since borrowed an old computer (desktop) from my husbands work to be able to make a living as I have been without my PC for 2 weeks in total - that is half a month where I could not earn a living - this has been very stressful!!!!

Anyway, the PC I have loaned has the same specs as the Lenovo (i.e., 4GB RAM, no SSD, i3 and it is very old) BUT while working with it on the same Fibre connection on the cloud, it is MUCH MUCH faster to the point that I can now compare apples with apples and say that my Lenovo is as slow as a tortoise and I WANT A REFUND so that I can be able to work and not have breaks in my work day and lose income because my Lenovo chooses to either jave a malfuncions keyboard, a battery that needs draining or a PC that moves so slow my granny could catch up with it while using a cain!!!!!!!!

I expect someone from Lenovo to contact me!
