Useless laptops

<p>I bought a Lenovo laptap 18 months ago and after a few days it packed up and was replaced, now the second one has packed up also ie the main board and speakers. Fortunately I took an extebnded warranty with Dion Wired Tygervalley but seriously 2 faulty laptops in 18 months!! I called Lenovoa Jhb and was messed around from dept to dept and at customer service I was told the warranty is only six months (not surprising as complete trash) so they cannot help me and I must call Part Serve. I called Part Serve and the laptop is not there so they say I must call Lenovo. Well where to now? Lenovoa is obviously selling subgrade PCs and then you just wash your hands of the issue? I do not want this laptop as I now realise Lenovo is completely unrelaible. This is my job, I work from home off the PC and this second one has now been in for "repairs" for three weeks already. How can 2 laptops be faulty in a space of 18 months!! I want a ticket to be issued so I can go to Dion Wired Tygeravlley and replace this piece of junk with adifferent make of PC NOT Lenova. So who helps me with this if not Lenovo, should I try calling HP or Apple or Dell? You made the junk so sort it out please. I am beyond fed up as I support myself and have not been able to do so for 3 weeks so who pays my bills this month? I need a reliable PC and Lenovios if obviously not that. If a Lenovo PC is not a Lenovo problem then please tell me who I speak to as I am at a loss here!!! Fed up and furios </p>
