Service? Months and no resolution. Never again Lenovo

One month for next business day on site support to NOT resolve an issue. After replacing the motherboard, the Broadband modem does not work, and that ticket is two weeks old not. The laptop still not functional, and they mark the ticket as "Resolved" . What cheek! I am still sitting with a laptop and docking station worse off than when I started (both products from Lenovo that does not work) and paid a heap of money for it. Never again.
