Rude and NOT helpfull

My new Lenovo Laptop is experiencing Start-up errors, I contacted the their SA Helpline. The first person to take my call was 'n male agent and told me I am at the wrong help desk, which I understood. Asking him for the correct number he gave me a number with 010 prefix - when asking him about this pre-fix, he very rudely told me that \ I cannot believe you do not know the 010 telkom line prefix
