Repairs

Mid January 2018 I sent my laptop to lenovo Montagu Gardens for repairs till today I didnt get my laptop back and its almost 3 months and both that laptop June 2017 and every month I am paying instalment for something that I am not using it...

I really need your help, their communication is very poor I only heard from them mid March that they still waiting for parts since January.
