R5000 for what ? abrand new PC and a charger on death road. no ways!

<p>I bought a brand new lenovo PC on the !9th of may 2017 fr0m a store called 5Strand in east london quigney.I noticed the next day that the charger was physically damaged. On monday morning i returned the charger and was told that it could not have been a fault from them rather i destroyed my charger. I pleaded and was told it would be investigated. this took aproximatly two weeks and as a result i had to suffer during exams as i had invested all my money into the PC to assist my studies. hello peter please help . this is unfair. till date i refuse to collect the PC and that faulty charger. it is evident that tht charger will soon be useless if i accept it. i will have to endure the cost of purchasing a new charger.</p>
