R5000 for what? a pc and a charger on death road

<p>I bought a Lenovo laptop on the 19th of may 2017 from 5Strand East london on a Friday .on Saturday i noticed on Saturday that the charger was physicaly in a bad condition. The inner wires were visible. I asked a friend whom I went with to purchase the PC , whether or not the store opens on Saturday. He said no . I aso checked on the net where it confirmed this. I even tried calling but no responses. On Monday early Morning I went to the store and reported it. I was told they can't take it back. I pleaded that they report to their supplier. It took them 2 weeks where I had to suffer during my exams because I had no textbooks and re**** on the pc too store vdrive notes. Till date i have not gotten any positive feedback and I refuse to take the pc in its damaged condition. R5000 for what? A pc and a charger on death road..........hellopeter please help </p>
