POOR SERVICE

I have bought a laptop 8 months ago and recently started giving problems by not discharging the battery, it never charged since. I took it to my supplier and they've referred me to Lenovo support/repairers. Was told it will take 3 days for an assessment then they will update on the repairs. Now I'm sitting on my 4th week without my laptop, every week I call I'm told that it'll be ready by early next week but nothing happens. What kind of a service is this... their service is really pathetic...DON"T BUY LENOVO PRODUCTS, THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR!!!
