Poor quality laptop

I purchased an I5 Lenovo laptop in Jan , last week I started experiencing problems with it. Called Lenovo, was told to take it Partserve for evaluation. Later told that the software needed reloading. Warranty does not cover software. I am the 3rd person to have the same issue. This needs to be logged with the NCC and Microsoft.
