Poor Product with bad service!
<p>I bought a Lenovo I5 laptop in January. It was supposed to have a CD Rom included. They sent me a laptop without a CD rom, and I have been waiting for 7 months now to get one! But this is too late now, because after only 7 months my laptop have crashed! I am disgusted in their product and their after service. In the meantime I have to wait for them to see if they can repair it. They should have already replaced my laptop, as it is still under warranty. It is not suppose to crash after just 7 months! The fact that I did not receive my CD Rom makes me wonder how long I will have to wait before I get my laptop or a new one that is correct this time?! In the meantime I am loosing thousands of Rands because I do not have anything to show. </p> <p>Their product is **** and their after service even worse!</p> <p>I really hope they improve everything, their product and especially their service. I am still waiting for feedback, and I don't expect any, because after 7 months the CD Rom is still not here, and their software has already crashed!</p> <p>They should in fact replace my laptop fully and I have a good mind that they should imburse me for the income I have lost because of a very poor product and service that is not reliable.</p>
