POOR AFTER CARE

I am incredibly disgusted with Lenovo Business Support.<br> I have a laptop that is six months old and still well within warranty.<br> <br> My laptop was sent to their after company Incredible Solutions.<br> The following was wrong with the laptop:<br> 1. CD Rom has not been working since I got the laptop, however I have not got an opportunity to take my laptop in
