Pathetic Support

wow you service is pathetic.

Logged a query about a device I had had for a week giving me major functional issues - to the extnent that this is currently sitting on my boardroom table - looking stupid.

Initial reponse was ok - we will log the call and someone will call you tomorrow. - well it appears they did not log the call as when I called the next day they had no record of the call.

Needless to say almost three weeks down the line - still no one has been site and all my emails are answered with a 'we will look into it' and then I need to follow up again... later

and BTW - there call center usually going to voicemail with promises of call backs... but its not lenovo calling back.... Its me -later
