pathetic after service Lenovo!!

Very Very poor service!!

I've purchased a i7 idea laptop a year ago that is giving me problems.

been sent from pillow to post and no one wants to take ownership.I called the "platinum repair centre" and you hold on for hours and no one answers.

I will not advise anyone to purchase a Lenovo product.
