NOISY FAN IS ANNOYING

Having read other threads, I now feel sick because I have fallen into the trap of purchasing a Lenovo ideapad320 just under 1year ago.

I was soon irritated with the product as the screens kept going white, black or blue and just froze.The most annoying of all is the sound of the fan, like an aircraft.I received the documents to send the laptop for inpection,but due to an unforseen situation I delayed the process.

Nevertheless my laptop has gone for inspection and I was updated all the time.Eventually I was informed the hard drive needs to be replaced. I once again asked what about the fan's noise,but was reassured it will automatically be taken care of with the replacement of the hard drive.....Huh????

Today my laptop gets returned and guess what I switched it on and the fan welcomed me with its noise. Quinton says it is the nature of a Lenovo laptop fan. Well I am no longer a fan of Lenovo,I really dont want it. It interferes with my tutoring and cost me time and money.Your specs for this product is rather good for an entry level..you omitted the part of a fan that can drive you insane. ( I was forced to rate you 1 star}
