No service and poor communications

I sent my laptop back to Makro Alberton in mid August as i was experiencing problems with it I was told it had ro be sent for repairs to Lenovo Lenovo has had the laptop for two months and despite many promises I still have not received it back When i call Lenovo they are reluctant to deal with or give me any feedback. I need my laptop for work and am currently ha ing to interrupt my colleagues to use their laptops.
