No replacement of laptop under warranty as promised

<p>After handing my laptop in for repairs on 15/04/2016, I was informed that Lenovo promissed to replace my laptop as it could not be fixed and the laptop was still under warranty. The laptop was purchased on contract via Autopage and then took over by Vodacom. Lenovo was suppose to credit Vodacom so that Vodacom can give me the new laptop. It is 8 months later and still no laptop! Not evenANY response from Lenovo. VERY FRUSTRATING AND UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!! NEED my laptop urgently.</p>
