No Lenovo support in South Africa

Lenovo sells laptops with so-called "premium support" You are under the misconception of peace of mind, until you have a problem. We have a laptop, brand new R25k, newer worked, keeps crashing, reformatted and reloaded, crashing all the time.

Used the Lenovo website to get directed to locations in Midrand. All they say is they do not do repairs (Lenovo website is wrong). The truth is there is no Lenovo support in South Africa and no one should be buying it as it is not supported at all.
