Never buy Lenovo, their support and policies are the worst!!!!

I got two Lenovo M10 tables as an upgrade through vodacom. Upon setting the device up (sealed box), I noticed on one device the warranty had already expired, and on the other it had a few months left.

Contacted lenovo support who asked us to provide proof of purchase which includes the device serial number. I contact Vodacom, and get proof of purchase with the serial number listed. Only to be told that the machine's manufacturing date hence ( 2021-11-19), and my warranty cannot be updated. What BS is that? Its not my fault Vodacom is holding old stock, and selling them to customers.

By the looks at all the reviews here, Lenovo only responds to positive feedback, and most if not all negative feedback is ignored.
