Lenovo Y50-70 UHD Design fualt NOT being fixed

My #Lenovo #Experience 2 months ago, the cover of my Lenovo laptop screen just pops open, I was like WHAT!? Took it to the PartServe Lenovo's 3rd party in South Africa to fix it but they said it is going to take 4 days. I don't have 4 days to waste, it is my laptop I use for work and can't do any work without it. 2 weeks later the screen came loose. I took it in to the #PartServe They say it is going to take 4 days. 3 weeks later after continuously contacting Lenovo and Partserve spending hours on the phone (at my cost) they finally gave me my laptop. When I opened my laptop, they've installed an incorrect screen (NOT #UHD NOT #Touchscreen) They scratched the metal surface of the laptop AND my mousepad click is not working! They again have my laptop for 2 weeks now, and today Partserve told me they are still waiting for Lenovo to send them information?! #WorstServiceEVER #totalfail #badservice
