Lenovo what should I buy ASUS, MSI , HP, or Dell?

Hi Lenovo I am looking for a company that respects and appreciates their costumer's time and choices, so please advise me should I buy an Asus, MSI, hp or Dell?

In 19/04/2017 I spoke to the company who's responsible for Lenovo's repairs and warranty via email explaining my problem then we try to solve it by updating the graphic driver which did not work out.
On Friday 28/04/2017 I came and saw someone in Part Serve tries to solve the problem but they knew they could not solve it so they change the setting of the program from using the GTX graphic card to the Intel one and probably they thought I will not recognize that or that was just to send me out and let me go back when their supervisor is there I am not sure.
On 02/05/2017 I came back and I met the guy who I was supposed to meet at the first time, they defined the fault as a mother board fault and we booked the laptop in and after 3 days Part Serve sent me the credit on 05/05/2017, but I wasn’t planning to take the credit because I needed another laptop instead of the one I had. Then after 6 days and because there wasn’t stock from that Y700 and after I go and see someone in Lenovo, Part Serve provided me with a new laptop on Thursday 11/05/2017. But I was so busy I didn't get the chance to open the new one before Sunday morning, so I switched it on and started transferring my data to it, updated the drivers and while it was updating the laptop went off for some reason so it didn’t even complete 2 hours working. Then I came back on Monday 15/05/2017 and booked the second laptop in and they said maybe I should take the credit this time since there was no stock from the Y700 Ideapad. But I told them I'm going to see someone in Lenovo. I went there and saw someone and explained everything to him. He told me that there is no stock at the moment and if they need to replace me with the new model it is going to take time because the new series is not released in the country yet and it will probably take to the beginning of the next month for it to be released. I told him its ok you already wasted this much of my time and this laptop situation has caused me a big chaos at work, I cannot operate without a laptop I've been outsourcing since 19/04/2017 which is causing me a big loss since I don't have a laptop to work. But in case you are going to replace me with the new Y720 I'll manage and wait until it's released. But now it has been a month since this problem has started and I still don’t have an alternative from Lenovo!
At the same day I met with someone in Lenovo he called me and to told that they decided that they are going to give me a refund, so it looks like Lenovo is telling me to take back my money and go buy a different brand.
Which has actually left me disappointed, that’s not the treatment I was expecting to get! I'm really disappointed. I chose this laptop specifically because I liked the design of it and I thought it would be reliable for my work and I was expecting a high performance that will give me some peace of mind at work and I won't have to face any trouble while I'm designing but it looks like I made a mistake by choosing this brand. So please advise me which brand should I buy for my next laptop?
