Lenovo - the worst service in a country of poor service.

Shocking service.

I had a Bios update running and the PC stayed on the restart section for over an hour so I called Lenovo for assistance.

I had no idea I was speaking to a SALESMAN. He advised me to turn my device off. A simple Google search tells me that turning the device off during the Boos update can render the device UNUSABLE.

MY DEVICE IS UNUSABLE.

I was then given the run around and passed around via dbn and JHB branches with no apology or understanding.

Who will be covering these damages?
