Lenovo support & repairs is a joke.

I sell alot of laptops as a I.T service provider. Lenovo has been one of my favorite brands but not anymore. I had a client laptop die so we sent it to Partseve Durban to be repaired. They took their absolute longest to even just test it. Then days later they only decided to order the parts needed. In the meantime my customer is sitting without a laptop to be able to work and no one cares. Partseve is approved by Lenovo and that needs to be dealt with. From now I won't push the brand anymore I'm afraid. So much for getting a hight spec i7.
