Lenovo - ********** service | intentional stalling | insane wait times | & an uncaring business.

********** service — where do I even begin?

At the beginning of the year, I purchased a brand-new Lenovo LOQ from a third-party supplier that is partnered with Lenovo and several other major laptop brands. Initially, I was happy with my purchase. However, not long after, I started noticing serious issues — the laptop, which I use for both work and general life tasks, began crashing frequently.

As the problem worsened, I sent the laptop in for service through the supplier, who then forwarded it to the Lenovo service center. It took almost a month for them to replace the motherboard — a known issue with this particular model, I later discovered.

When I finally got the device back, it was noticeably slower. Still, I was relieved to be able to return to work. But just a month later, the same issues started again. I sent it back for repair, and since then, I’ve heard almost nothing from Lenovo about the progress. That was nearly six weeks ago.

This entire experience has been an absolute joke. Your products are unreliable, and when we ask for a refund, you do everything in your power to avoid issuing one. Lenovo is a pathetic company — I’ll be writing a formal complaint to the National Consumer Commission, and I’ve already advised my friends and family to stay far away from Lenovo.
