Lenovo's best employee

<p> There is a technician named Ryan Arrie that works for Lenovo in Cape Town, who went to amazing lengths to help me recover data from the hard drive that had failed on my new Lenovo. He was so polite and consistent and helped me in a situation where I was literally told that it was not possible to recover my data. But Ryan made the impossible happen. I think he is one of those individuals who has an amazing personal work ethic and I just wanted to say thank you so much on a public forum and to show Lenovo that they really have an excellent person on their team. Thank heavens for Ryan. </p>
