Lenovo Premium Care Warranty means nothing

The Lenovo "Premium Care" warranty means nothing. I purchased a Legion 5 laptop with a 3 year included "Premium Care Onsite Support" warranty and started experiencing problems with the laptop after about 1 year. When I phoned the call centre, I was routed to an agent in the UK who said that I should contact ***. I did so on the 20th of February and have not had any response from Lenovo whatsoever. Will not be supporting Lenovo in future.
