Lenovo not responding to pleas

Hi. If buying lemons was a race. I would win hands down. I purchased a Lenovo i-3 second hand from a gent who also refuses to respond. I was told it has legit Windows 7 and Office 2013. For the first week I was impressed but not impressed with the seller leaving his personals on it. I deleted most and as the days went on I realised im being videoed recorded as the camera light would go on and stay on for lengths of time. <br> <br> Very long 7 months story later. This includes me crying myself to sleep because I cannot do my work as or either cannot save a file or I cannot apply for a job because I cannot attach a file or I cannot download anti virus and so it goes on.... <br> I have requested from the seller who either flogged it because his life was also ruined by this machine. And Lenovo just does not care to even reply or at least send the link to where I can speak to someone to help me.<br> <br> Short of it. Well or badly partitioned drive which booted from a hidden modem inside the machine. I need windows software and since the serial number on the machine is legit. LENOVO need to supply me with the disc<br> But apparently I need.to pay for this too?<br> My life has been hacked to shred
