Lenovo? - No Thanks!
I bought a Lenovo Flex 2 in November 2014. 10 months later a hard drive failure was diagnosed and the hard drive replaced. 3.5 months later the replace HD fails again, so the product seems to be faulty or the workmanship, yet i was explained that the replaced HD is out of warranty and I am expected to pay now R 1,350 to repair what was repaired already 3 months before. Maybe it is not even Lenovo's fault, but the fault of Dion Wired and their service provider Incredible Solutions. But as both were unapproachable, I tried to get help from Lenovo - but every time logging an email support request on their website ends with # EFP ERROR ! # - on different days same results. I will try to phone but this can only be done between 8 and 16:30.

Lenovo as well as Dion Wired can carry on to sell toys, for people relying on a working PC, Lenovo is the wrong choice. I am writing this on a almost 4 years old Gigabyte laptop, which i can rely on.
