Lenovo Laptop Obvious :(

I Bought a Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15IGL7 15.6 FHD Celeron N4020 8GB RAM 256GB SSD W11H 18 March 2024 now getting blue screen and My daughter is using it for her school work. May you be so kindly and give support to fix the issue. Please dont take 5 years to get this resolved.
