Lenovo laptop 4 hardware replacements in 10 months

Please don't buy a laptop from Lenovo, because they have a year warranty that they don't follow through on the want to give us a laptop back that has had 4 hardware components back a 10 month old laptop, the channel support is horrible, Part Serve Cape Town is a rude, and they lie the have integrity.We sent a laptop to part serve cape town for repair they are rude, replaced, wrong components, every time they brought the laptop back to us it has had a some defect, they have had the laptop for 2 months, we then requested that they give a new laptop because the one they repaired seems to have too many faults, they are refusing, even lying to lenovo saying the problem was a software issue. At this point i then called lenovo to my shock, the agent Geoff Saunders was very rude to me and basically told me that he believes part serve story, i took it to computer shop to check if indeed the audio jack was faulty and he is a witness to the fact that the was a defect on the laptop the guy just said he didn't want to hear it, if there is anyone at lenovo who understands customer service please call me otherwise,
