LENOVO KEYBOARD NOT WORKING

I am a pensioner who saved for 3 years to buy a laptop. I bought a Lenovo Miix 320. It is only a year old, but one after the other key on my keyboard is packing up. It is such a shame that I spend all my savings to buy such inferior product as I have come across lots of people complaining about this computer's keyboard. Ad the worse is that their is o assistance at all. I will NEVER buy a Lenovo again.
