Lenovo Ideapad with faulty operating system

<p>Having purchased a Lenovo Ideapad 100S-14/BR about 3 months ago I have had several problems with the operating system loaded being WINDOWS 10. I purchased the unit at Makro in Durban. They swopped out the first unit but assured me its an operating system problem (windows 10) and not the unit itself. I now have the following issue as per photo. I have tried a few suggestions given to me by people in IT as well as on the Windows Help website but there is just no getting into the system beyond this error message. If Lenovo is going to sell computers/laptops with preloaded Windows 10 then they need to take responsibility for the faulty system preloaded. It is not Makro's fault nor their responsibility. Lenovo needs to step up to the plate now and sort this out or else I would like my money back! I paid R3999 and the unit came with a Free Backpack, a 1Terrabye External Memory Driver & an External CD Rom</p>
