Laptop Warranty extension

I have a G50-70 laptop which i got via FNB<br> <br> I want to extend the warranty on it by another year but to get a number to phone for Lenovo south africa is another story<br> <br> I phone the one on the website,I was given another number,which I phoned aswell....long story short after 1 hour I had 4 different numbers including one from overseas,NONE was able to assist me in extending my warranty,this is not even mentioning the transfers where I had to hold 4-7 times with every number I phoned<br> <br> And at the end...I was just given another number<br> <br> Why cant I just extend it via the lenovo software loaded on the machine just like every other user in another country?I dont know<br> <br> I have 2 months left and I am no closer to my answer than half a year ago<br> <br> It is incredibly frustrating and I hope I can get a resolution via this route
